Available in diverse types and models, with different gate diameters, covering a wide range of requirements.
Supports contouring to a depth of 11.5 mm. For gate diameters up to 3.5 mm and shot weights up to 1,200 g per insert. Used to process all common plastics, including reinforced types
For tunnel gating of small to medium-sized mouldings. The raised head ensures concealed de-gating at the injection point. Available in 10, 12 and 14 mm sizes
For tunnel gating of small to medium-sized mouldings along a flat parting line. Available in 10 x 8mm, 12 x 10mm and 14 x 12mm sizes with 0.8 to 2.4 mm gate diameters.
For tunnel gating of small to medium-sized mouldings. Gate diameter up to 1.7 mm. Contourable up to 3 mm depth. For thermoplastics including fillers up to 50% glass fibre
For tunnel gating of small, thin-walled mouldings. Suitable for very thin-walled mouldings. Very small dimensions (10 x 5 mm) for 0.5 to 1,1 mm gate diameters.
